Privacy notice

EnrollMate processes anonymous conversation content and contact details submitted through enrolment forms on behalf of the training organization shown in the concierge.

Data collected

Conversation messages, course preferences, recommendations, contact details you choose to submit, privacy acknowledgement, attribution parameters, and operational event timestamps. Raw IP addresses are not stored in funnel analytics.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to answer course enquiries, route requested follow-up, measure the enrolment journey, prevent abuse, and improve answer quality. Each organization configures retention and is responsible for its own lawful basis and notices.

Your choices

Marketing consent is separate and optional. Contact the training organization shown in the concierge to request access, correction, export, or deletion of an enquiry.

Processors

The service uses Supabase for data storage, Google Gemini for generated responses, OpenAI for semantic embeddings and optional transcription, Resend for email, and Stripe for billing where configured.
